Hi, I'm Alexis

I work with people who know they want more from life but feel frustrated by the self-sabotaging patterns and behaviors that keep getting in their way.

Maybe you have goals you're excited about, ideas you want to share or changes you've been meaning to make. Yet when it's time to take action, self-doubt, overthinking or procrastination seems to take over.

You might even find yourself wondering why you keep doing the very things you know aren't helping you move forward.

I believe these experiences deserve curiosity and understanding, not more self-criticism.

My work focuses on exploring the subconscious patterns and beliefs that may influence how we see ourselves and respond to the world around us.

Through conversational hypnosis, I help people explore these patterns and work towards changes that feel meaningful to them.

My intention is to offer a warm, non judgemental, down-to-earth space where you can be honest about where you are and explore where you want to go.

My Approach to Personal Change

I'm a certified hypnotist and a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists. I've spent the past three years working with people to explore their subconscious patterns and support personal change.

I take a conversational, individualised approach because your experiences, goals and circumstances are your own.

I'm not here to tell you that you simply need to be more positive, try harder or become a completely different person.

Instead, we'll explore what's happening for you, what might be influencing your responses and what you'd like to change.

I value honesty, compassion and creating a space where you can talk openly without feeling that you need to have everything figured out.

Change is personal, and there are no one-size-fits-all answers. My role is to support you as you explore your own next steps.

What Matters to Me

Understanding over judgement. I work from a trauma informed perspective and understand that you are more than the patterns you're struggling with.

Curiosity over self-criticism. Instead of asking, "What's wrong with me?", we can explore what might be happening and what you need.

Progress over perfection. You don't have to have everything sorted before you begin.

A genuine, human approach. I want you to feel that you can show up as yourself, ask questions and be part of the process.
